How dumb is this guy? He’s under overwhelming scrutiny, staring down a prison sentence and additional state charges for dog fighting/killing and now he tests positive for weed. Way to go Mike! Why not just walk yourself out in front of a city bus?
A federal judge placed tighter restrictions on Michael Vick on Wednesday after he tested positive for marijuana.
Because of the result, U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson placed special conditions on Vick’s release, including restricting him to his home between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. and ordering him to submit to random drug testing.
The urine sample was submitted Sept. 13, according to a document by a federal probation officer that was filed in U.S. District Court on Wednesday.
Vick has already plead guilty. Does he deserve to be out running around getting stoned? Why not just incarcerate the guy now pending sentencing (obviously giving him credit for any time served) and make sure that he isn’t out partying up? His being out right now is a privilege he obviously isn’t worthy of.Â
